SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:
ADIS Gauges & Tools Mfg. Co. manufactures and supplies its products to all parts of India & the World. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of your orders would be processed within 4 to 5 days and shipping will be done througn reputed courier companies. We acannot guarantee the time of dleivery, since there are some factors that will affect delivery time such as traffic, distance between delivery locations, etc. If we ever find ourselves unable to deliver in the time estimated, you'll be the first to know either by phone or email.
However, if there is any delay in shipping due to natural calamities or because the product is no longer available, we will give prior information to the customer to the registered email address or mobile number.
Products will be delivered as per the postal address mentioned at the time of registration and providing mobile number helps in fast delivery. However, we are not liable of any wrong address mentioned at the time of registration.
ADIS Gauges is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company or postal authorities.

Additional Charges: You will get the final price at the time of check out.
Tracking: You will receive an email with courier name and the tracking number to the registered mail address once the product is shipped.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA):
- All International orders (outside India) would be processed within 4-6 days upon the confirmation of your cleared payment. And your products will be ship through reputed International Courioer company or speed post whichever is economical.
- We will send you the Shipper's reference numbre (air way bill / docket number) along with the courier company details through email.
- Due to the current Pandemic situation all over the world, there are chances of us going under lockdown, in such a case, we may get delayed to ship the orders, at which, you will be informed about it. Do please check your emails messages in 1-2 days after payment is cleared.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering th goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
- Kindly note that if there are any customer or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be borne by the buyer, for which you will be billed separately by the courier company at the time of delivery.
- TOTAL AMOUNT DUE includes the final auction price plus S&H (Shipping and Handling).
- S&H will be determined based upon the shipping address.
- PLEASE NOTE: S&H DOES NOT INCLUDE DUTIES, LOCAL TAXES OR ANY OTHER IMPORTATION FEES.

Product Delivery:
Once the online transation has been executed, our e-shopping executives begin to execute the order, the chosen product is safely packed and dispatched to the customer's preferred shipping address within 3 to 5 working days.
Cancellations:
- If you cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, your entire order amount will be refunded.
- Refunds for all returned or cacelled products will be credited back to the Original Mode of Payment used by the cutomer in 5 to 7 days.
Return & Cancellation:
- ADIS Gauges believes in helping its cutomers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation / Return policy.
- Return will be accepted only if you have received a "Damaged", "Defective" or " Different" item.
- Return request should be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery with a good quality photographs of fhe product.
- Missing item or get wrong item or damaged item seams cannot work well, please keep all the items in original condition, make all the items together with packing, then take some photos of them and send us the photos by email.
- How we will react? We will investigate the case and may send you the missing item or replacement or refund upon the situation of the case. (Sometimes you may be requested to return the in correct item). Or if it is not seller's error, buyer may need to cover the returning cost.
- Valid time fort returning. Please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the package. All items must be returned with in 12 to 15 days of purchasing the item.

if, for any reason, you wish to get a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 12 to 15 days of receiving your order. all these done, you can then ship your product ato the return address provided on the return form via a trusted and economical courier service. - ​Please ensure that the product lis in unused and original conditional and include everything.
Warranty:
12 months warranty is provided to our products against manufacturing defect. Please contact us if you are wondering about how te warrnaty works for your item.

Disclaimer and Limitation of liability:
ADIS Gauges does not accept liability for any damage, loss, cost (including legal costs), expenses, indirect losses or consequential damage of any kind which may be suffered or incurred by the User from the use of the product.
Governing law:
These terms and conditons are governed by the laws of India and the competent courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising in relation to the terms and conditions will be submitted to a sole arbitrator appointed by ADIS Gauges under the provisions of the Arbutration and Conciliation Act. 1996 and rules framed there under. The venue of Arbitration shall be at Mumbai (INDIA) branch office.
